1. Are all your sarees handloom?
We have all varieties of sarees namely pure handloom sarees, powerloom sarees, cotton and synthetic fabric sarees. Hence all sarees we sell are not handloom.
2. Will the saree look exactly like the picture?
We use in-house photography to ensure accuracy, but due to lighting and screen settings of different mobiles, slight color variations may occur. We suggest you to check the colour from a laptop which gives better accuracy. We have tried to describe the colour shade of each saree with precise colour names( Greengram Green, Turmeric Yellow etc).So please take note of the product title, to understand the exact shade . We're happy to share extra pictures or videos via whtsap (no.7019855788) if needed. You may also schedule a video call with us to see the sarees of your choice .(Applicable for purchases over Rs. 3000/-)
3. Do your sarees come with a blouse piece?
Yes, unless mentioned otherwise, all sarees include an unstitched blouse piece.
4. Can I customize or get the blouse stitched?
Currently, we offer only unstitched blouse pieces. Custom stitching is not available at the moment.

5. Do you ship across India and internationally?
We give free shipping all over India. For international shipping, please contact us via WhatsApp or email for details.
6. Do you have COD and how long will my order take to arrive?
We shall be starting COD facility shortly. Currently it is not available. Orders are usually dispatched from our store within 1- 2 working days. Delivery time depends on your location. It will get delivered within 5 to 6 business days. We’ll keep you updated after shipping .
7. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive the tracking details via SMS or email.

8. What if the saree I receive has a defect?
We thoroughly check every saree before shipping. Hence defects are highly unlikely. However, in case of any genuine defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order for resolution. Please note, a 360 degree opening video is required to claim any defects.
9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrectly delivered items. We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions before placing your order.

12. How do I care for my saree?
Handloom and silk sarees should be dry-cleaned ideally. Semi silks or synthetic fabrics can be washed at home.You may refer to the wash care tips along with the description of each saree.
