1. Introduction

2. Product Information & Ordering

• Please review all product details, descriptions, and FAQs before placing an order to ensure you understand the offerings and the ordering process.

• Sreshta Fab strives to deliver products as per the specifications provided in our website.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Defective items may be requested for return within 24 hours and returned within 7 days of delivery for a hassle-free replacement or refund.

• To initiate a return, notify Sreshta Fab within 24 hours of receiving the product, specifying the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item).

• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Customized or altered products are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of manufacturing defects.

• Sale items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was shipped.

• If the return is due to an error by Sreshta Fab (defective or wrong item), you may choose a replacement or refund. In such cases, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
  

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders for non-ready-to-ship products can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.

• If, in rare cases, a cancellation is accepted after 24 hours, the customer will bear all applicable transaction charges (e.g., bank fees, exchange rate fluctuations).

5. Delivery

• Sreshta Fab aims to meet the delivery schedule as specified in the product description. However, delays or early deliveries may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

• No compensation or damages will be provided for delayed or early deliveries.

• Sreshta Fab will deliver to the address provided in the order form and takes due care to ensure correct delivery. However, we disclaim responsibility for any claims, damages, or compensation arising from delivery issues.

6. Jurisdiction

• All legal matters, disputes, or arbitration related to Sreshta Fab will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

7. Warranties & Liability

• All products and services are provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties.

• Sreshta Fab does not guarantee that its products, services, website, or server will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Privacy & Data Use

• Sreshta Fab collects and uses your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your address is used for delivery; your phone number and email may be used for order-related queries and updates.
