Refund policy

We have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. You can return a product if it has any defects or if you receive a different product from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to send the picture of the packed item with tag and proof of purchase to 7019855788. 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@sreshtafab.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that return courier has to be arranged by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns if the request for return is not raised within 24 hours . In case of any defects or wrong item delivered, we would need a 360 degree video of the item sent to the no.7019855788

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Disclaimers

Please note that handloom fabrics are made with natural fibers and may have slight variations like thread pulls . Also fabrics with handblock prints may have slight dye spreads or a little irregularities in print designs,  as they are done manually. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns. Also the  pictures  in the website may be seen 5 to 10 percent lighter or darker than the actual item as per the settings of your mobile phones.
