Sreshta Fab Shipping and Handling Policy

We deliver to all postal addresses within India with free shipping.
Please note: Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Kindly provide a complete address with accurate pincode, street name, locality, district and state for successful delivery.

In cases where delivery is made to a non-residential or unattended address, our courier agents may not be able to obtain a signature as confirmation of delivery.
To avoid disputes or delays, please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address during the expected delivery window. Also make sure that you are available to attend the call of delivery agent if he needs to clarify your address. If call is not attended, your order will not be delivered.

Due to certain regulatory and operational restrictions, Cash On Delivery (COD) is not available currently. However we are striving to include it as a payment option in the near future.
Current payment methods are debit/credit cards,upi,netbanking through razorpay.

If your address is in a remote or restricted area, delivery times may be longer than usual.
In the event of any delivery issues, please contact our customer support team promptly for assistance.
However if the address is not accurate without the required details like receiver's name, housename/no., street,locality name, district and state with correct pincode, or if the call by delivery agent is not attended, the item may return.
